1.         Where are you located?
 We are located in Shenzhen, South of china.                                                                                                                                                                                            

2.         Who will delivery my order? How long it will takes to arrival my place?                     By Default, we will send your order via EMS expressed shipping, the shipping rate will be charge according to the official rate on www.ems.com.cn . We offer a free shipping for all purchase more than 2000USD from our website.

3.         Is there any minimum order quantity requirement? Well, there is no minimum order quanity for trail order, which means you can order even as 1 piece to check the quality. However, for save shipping cost matter, we strongly suggest you order as much as you could.  For wholesale order, there is a 500 USD minimum order required.

4.         Does the price on your catalogue included shipping cost?                                   The price on our website and catalogue are not including shipping cost.

5.         Do I have to pay the accessories separately or it is included in the price?                                               

A:    Each items on our website comes with a full set of accessories ( bags, boxes, pouches, and care card). You don’t have to buy it separately. But the price wholesale price catalogue does not include that. Which means you will have to purchase it separately. Of course, it is optional.

6.         How do I pay for my purchase? We only accept the following payment:                  1 Paypal: only for payment less than 500USD, and 4% paypal fee required.                2. Western Union and Money gram.                                               3. Bank transfer.

7.  What is your return policy?
Silver4sell.com ensures that each of our clients purchase experience have to be pleasurable. We would like to have all our clients to be 100% satisfied with our product. Nevertheless, minor human errors are inevitable, and if there should be such cases in very rare occasions on not getting the correct product, please return the item, and we will be replacing it. We carry out stringent quality checks on our merchandises at random, further lowering defects on our products. However, if there should be any defective products that you are receiving, please resend it back to us, and we will be replacing it for you. For any return package with unsatisfaction , we charge restocking fees 20%. Please also note that shipping cost is non-refundable.

8.  Can I purchase an OEM (manufacture) order with my own logo?    Yes, we accept OEM order, MOQ start as low as 20 pcs per designer (for tiffany, Gucci items on our website, we offer designer inspired without logo at a minimum of 5 pcs per designer). For all OEM order, a 30% advance deposit is required.

9.   How long does my OEM order will take?

An OEM order generally takes about 10 to 20 Days. We will inform you with updates as soon as you place your order.
